Yes, I built it myself Nov-Dec 03. My LTJG Wetting Down was its maiden run.

And if the Navy doesn't work out for you ... you could always use it to start a blacksmith's shop.

Its about 6.5 feet wide, 4 ft deep and about 5' to the top of the smoker chamber. Grill side is a bit shorter.

Done 1 brisket so far. Came out good. Boston Butts and Ribs are my most common fare.

Holy meat cooker that is nice! I just got my little Weber, but it does the job. My dream pit is one that you can run a whole cow in and BBQ, or grill, it till Bessie stops mooing. Mmmmmmm<drooling>............beef.......

Been dormant almost 5 years.. I have my BBQ (and house) back.

I cleaned 6 years worth of Manatee burning god knows what in there today.

I'll be back the 2nd-3rd of April to install the appliances and paint. BBQ in exchange for paint help? As of now, it's just me and a friend and the two of us have 2 days to paint all but one room.
