I knew James personally; he was a great father, husband, Marine, and aviator. A true role model and hero.

I had the privilege of knowing both of these fine Americans. Sugar Bear checked out of 369 when my bootness checked in, and I PCS'd out of the Gunfighters as Weasel checked back into the fleet. Sugar Bear even gave me his rocket number. RIP Marines.
