Internships??

Does anyone think, or has anyone heard of internship experiences helping boost an application? I know they can't hurt, but I was wondering if that might display something that would help one out. for instance, i'm interning with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and i'm applying for flight and intel. What do you guys think? Helpful? Not helpful?

If nothing else, it will at least show that you can be responsible and dependable (assuming you are at the job ) and you might be able to get another reference out of it.

The more well rounded you are the better. Take that how you want.

Of course it will add to your persona.

But do not do it for that reason. Enter into it with the will of making a contribution to that organization you are entering. To learn, to grow, of course.
