I don't really bench press because it really relate to the PFT

True but its probably the best upper body development exerecise you can do... unless you have bad shoulders.

You can't just do the 3 PFT events every single day... it neglects other important parts of your body. Plus having a stronger chest/tricps/rear delts/whatever-else-bench-works will help you more on your pullups (synergistic).

Who you think the chicks dig at the gym.. the dude doing sets of 8 pullups or the guy putting up 6 plates on each side :D

Agreed, very lame thread...........almost as bad is what % get jets........okay, maybe not that bad :eek:
 
I've played boink the bitch on a church picnic bench, does that count?:confused: She ran dry so me being the mech that I was dipped it in some Slick 50 mixed with moly B.
