Pool, large kitchen, garage, landlord takes care of a lot of the yard work and helps with the pool. Preferred NFO's. Blue Angle practice every tuesday flies right over the pool. Room back on market and will be empty on November 3rd, looking to fill ASAP. One bedroom, $425 + utilities (~$125/month/person), pool in back yard, 2min from NASP Backgate, stone floor, large living room and kitchen with surround sound hookups (currently don't have a surround sound system though). Awesome place for SNFO's, good choice for SNA's who will be heading to Corpus or Vance after API. Currently has 1 Navy SNA and 1 Marine SNFO, need 3rd roommate. Edit: Lease goes through August '08, can extend if you want but don't have to. Security deposit is $667 due within first month of occupancy
