If you truly value your "free time", consider renting. No wasted time with dinner and drinks and then a possible No Joy outcome.

Mad Dogs library luck was Awesome!, but that approach can take a lot of time.

Left in '94 and drove through after taking the family to DC in '07... Wow was pretty much all I could say. Biggest thing that happened when I was there was Taco Bell opening.
