2011 I was hired in by a firm as a SETA contractor, supporting the Intel. Community, handling space systems requirements. I performed many roles e.g. software development management, system requirements, enterprise system architecture, proposal writing....
2017 I was hired in as a GS-13 at the highest step (DoD employee) and should be picking up GS-14 this summer. Again, working for the IC in DC.

QUESTIONS:
Recruiter initially turned down my inquiry, but after reviewing all of my documentation, he replied "Highly Competitive". He's in the process of scheduling an appointment at Walter Reed for my medical.
----Does anyone know if IPs take the OAR test?
----I'm afraid I will not return to Weight or measurement standards by the time I have my medical appointment - is this a disqualifier or will I have time to correct this after my appointment and before DCOIC?
----Does anyone know the success rate for IP e.g. X packages are submitted and Y are accepted?
