Foreign language benefit

Hey guys I am in the very early stages of putting together an application for OCS and I wanted to know if there is any particular demand for Somali in the intelligence community. Would this language make my application a little more competitive?

A little background info about myself

27 yo
prior enlisted ( was an AG3) honorable discharge
Degree from Ohio State in Business GPA 3.05
I have yet to take any aptitude test

not a single officer I put in to IDC spoke a foreign language proficiently enough to put in on their application, it doesn't matter for Intel, they look for prior service (IDC rates are ideal), high GPA's, graduate degrees, and tech degrees.

none of the Intel officers I knew spoke or needed to speak a foreign language, the only ones I know that needed to speak a foreign language for their jobs were a couple of FAO's I ran into.
