does any one have a copy of "the 3rd Company Youngster Manifesto?" It was written in 2001 by a couple guys of the class of 2004. I never read it myself but have heard good things about it.
Anyone who touched the Youngster manifesto was maxed. One of the guys who i worked with at the radio station stood 60 just for having it on his computer.
If you find a copy put it up....
It was a long, well written 'manifesto' about the upperclass in a particular company from a youngster. He basically blasted the leadership abilities of the firsties and second class. Another point of it was how youngsters were being treated like plebes who didn't have to chop or do chowcalls. It ended up getting out to everyone after some idiot accidentally forwarded it to the wrong peopleYeah I've never even seen it or heard of it... what is it? I hope someone can find it.

My roommate's sponsor brother (we were firsties, I believe he was a second class) was on 60 days restriction, and on his birthday his roommates got him a stripper and snuck her into the hall. He ended up getting fried again because of it. He ended up graduating, now he flies Cobras and I last saw him when we went through WTI together...The writer ended up graduating and was one of the "percent who got jets". (and a really good dude)

Written by a guy from the class of 2004.I remember the Yongster Manifesto. I'm pretty sure that it was someone from my class (2003) that wrote it, as the timing sounds about right. But I never actually saw the thing, nor do I know who wrote it. I was, however, in 3rd Co. for my plebe year, and I could see how someone would be bitter with some of that Mid leadership, combined with the fucked up way the 'Dant was treating everyone. Granted, it doesn't sound like it's nearly as f'ucked up as things are going there right now, but it sucked at the time.
You all are right about how the administration reacted to the thing, though. They weren't screwing around, and 'mutiny' was thrown out there several times.
His replacement got kind of pissed when the former came back to loud ass cries of 'SUPE!!!' at an Alumni Hall lecture, and replacement got zilch.
