Does it matter if my run is around 11:00 if my sit-ups are only 55? I have heard that your score is whatever the lowest category is. So if my SU is 55 then that puts me at good/low for SU. If my PU are at 67 that puts me at excellent/low for PU. If my run is at 11:00 that puts me at good/high for the run. So would me overall be a good/low seeing that my SU was a good/low???
