Hey Steve:

A new guy where I work just got out of the navy, enlisted, and were talking about hardware. He was a cook on a cruiser and told me about the new stealth destoryers being built and I looked it up on Navy.mil and found out about the DD-21 class and it's primary mission of land attack. The first ship, and I assume the class, will be called the Zumwalt. Whattya think about it? Got any info on them? the kind you can talk about anyway

The pics were real cool! They looked like the ship in that futuristic SWO book "Choosers of the slain".

Hey Dave..

I acutually work for a defense contractor in Minneapolis who is designing/building the VLS and Gun for DD-21. Take a look at this site...it should give you a little information on the ship and gun.
