Check your eye med record, every page!!!

So not only did the place who did my PRK charge me $25 to get all 6 pages of my medical record, the doctor wrote a letter explaining how he did LASIK, and left a flap. I checked through the surgery and post surgery papers, and they say I had PRK. Im guessing if I would not have caught that my waiver would have been f**ked. You would think paying 2900 for one eye would also get a doctor with enough attention to detail to make sure my record says what he actually did. Waiver going in dec 4th. Good luck to all who born with inferior vision

Hmmm, doc can't remember which surgery he did.....I would wonder if he even did the right surgery on my eyes!
