Since the NAV school closed, they are becoming a rare breed. With all the mods that the program office is looking at for the "T", it may be more fiscally wise to buy some J's for the Reserves. But that's just me talking.

Sextants are used to determine latitude. Useful when flying over the ocean and all your fancy equipment goes to sh!t.
