Just a heads up for all you OCS guys graduating soon with per diem orders for API- stay away from Apartments 'R Us. They seem like a good deal with per diem rates but take my word for it, get a regular apt and forget these people. They'll do anything and everything to stick it to you by changing rates and bogus charges every month. Just a word of advise.
