Hey AirWarriors,
I am in college at the University of California, Irvine. I have always wanted to join the Marines and now that I have been accepted to a four year university, would like to have the chance at becoming a Naval Aviator.
However, I am majoring in Cognitive Psychology and not the typical engineering degrees. I was wondering what pilots do after a career of flying in the Corps?
I am unsure due to the future. If I stayed in school and went to grad, I would have a stable career, but I want to serve my country. Is it difficult to find a job after? Is it hard going airlines or other professions?
Thank you for your help. I tried searching "life after military" or "life after flying" but didn't come up with much.
