It's not a form, it's an Air Force Instruction. Superseded by DAFI 36-3211.

Yes. NATOPS. No one really said, "What does OPNAV 3710 say?" Instead, they say, "What does NATOPS say?"


But that one is easy. It's really annoying when it is AFI 310259694.553.445, volume 72.

I think when most people say “NATOPS” they mean the specific operations manual for the T/M/S. My experience is that “thirty-seven ten” is much more commonly used to refer to the big NATOPS.
