Ya, it was awesome. My parents live in SC, so i drove down to visit them, and surprised him. It was just my family, and one of my best friends i grew up with. Good memories.

22 August 2010 Class Date - Just got my final select/welcome aboard letter today...

26m/sNFO(March board)/Active Duty (9yrs), AWO1/E-6.

Found out today my date got bumped to 22 AUG. 22/M/SNFO BDCP. Kind of a bummer given how close June 20 was. Guess I'll be collecting BDCP pay for the rest of the summer, though, so not too much complaining to be done.

Hey guys. I got bumped from June 20 to Aug 22 as well. My recruiter told me, and from the looks of who got bumped, that the last fiscal year was full of pilots. In order to put us into the next FY all pilots in the June 20 date wer put into Aug 22. Yeah it sucks, but it happens. We are going ot have quite a few pilots in our class from the sound of it.

True, I'm hoping fy11 will end up being a good thing for us, with the whole fy 10 mess. Either way I hear fall in newport is amazing, expecially with your face in the sand

I am up about 180 bucks from the ole' Tachi Casino outside Lemoore last week. Maybe read a few blackjack books and we can take vegas. counting cards is only frowned upon, like masturbating on airplanes right?
