I'm sure we are all "in shape" but what have you been doing to get ready for 187. I've been keeping up on the running, situps, pullups, pushups. I keep thinking I could be doing more.
You can't be doing everything, so what happens if you get to OCS and they do X exercise and the next day you can't use thoes muscles due to soreness? Will good stretching prevent soreness? I remember when I started doing pullups, It took me like 4 days to recover from my first work out before I could continue.
What are you all doing to prepare?
