GPA 3.85 (Computer Science with Calculus I and II)
Interviews: O5, O5, O6 (all Supply)
7 years active duty; AC2

As a rule of thumb, supply boards prefer if applicants had an interview/appraisal with an O5 and higher supply officer.

Do you have any LOR's from employers? or people that have observed you over time?

I asked if I could submit interviews with my packet. I was told that's only for Reserves. I'm not sure if there is time before the 15th to send in an interview or not.

Was it your recruiter who told you that? I obviously don't know how it works for people applying from other branches, but that seems strange.
