Halstead, no one is impressed with your grandfather's credentials; people expect you to get answers and move through this process based on your own merit and your ability to ask questions in a respectful manner, without caps lock trying to make it seem like you're screaming like a three year old to get the answer you want. To answer your original question, "WHY BOTH MY OAR TESTS HAD NO FORMULA BAR IN MATH SECTION!!!!??," you had no formula bar because there is NEVER a formula bar on the OAR. It is expected that a potential Officer candidate should be able to perform basic math functions without a calculator, and based on your own knowledge, without the assistance of formulas. Should you ever need a formula for a particular problem (like solving for the volume of a cylinder, or other things geometry-related), then they provide the necessary formula in the problem. Sorry you had so much trouble. Ask your grandfather to make some changes so you can take a better form of the test.

Regardless of your supposed navy linage, you get the answer you earned based on your attitude, what and how you ask the question. We are equal opportunity offenders here. Admiral's kin aren't treated any different in OCS. The people who get respect here earned it, not their grandfathers.
