The inner JO was obviously completely destroyed by the lobotomy & spine removal in this one.....pity what a command tour can do.....

"I had my fun but fuck you, you can't have any."
Sorry that's how it came across. No explaining, I guess, how certain tolerated behaviors set us up for some rough times. Just wouldn't wish that on any of you.

With the thread title, I was worried it would be about another DON initiative that would have us all doing Preliminary Inquiries.

That said, returning to the Phillipine Islands will probably result in many of the other type of PIs!;)

Speaking of which, why does east coast "SH" equal normal bags with embroidery? I remember from my middie days the SH's from Lemoore, and I have yet to see anything like those out here.
I've seen odd colored SHs out of east coast squadrons. With the advent of the new flight suit regs, one wonders whether any of that will survive.

I think it depends on the leadership above squadron level. My squadron has SH bags that are just the green with embroidery you speak of, but 1.5 years ago we got black ones. We managed to wear them 3 times before they got quashed. Yay for paying $66/wear!

At least you got them I guess :) I have yet to see any east coast VFA wear them, though I've only been here since Jan so maybe I just missed them.

I think it's because the places that made them were Westpac ports of call.
