Cool story Hansel.
Sorry, no dogstabbing in that one

Excellent retort..at least your post count went up?!
Does this count as a dogfight? (ending in a confirmed kill?)
Over a year ago, I ran into some Navy jet guys that said they got arrested over the weekend while on an ACM det? When asked why, they replied: "Ever since the Michael Vick scandal, dogfighting hasn't gone over so well...."
He submitted his resignation...end of the story as far as him being a Marine is concerned. Felony animal cruelty charges in the 1stCivDiv will be bad enough...
This is kinda what pisses me off though. The public parading around signs and condemning not only the man but also his organization because his ex claims that he killed the dog, while he's put in a not guilty plea? Yeah it seems like he's got a fair amount of evidence against him, but we don't really know the details yet. And people on this forum are literally pulling the "are you still beating your wife?" attack on him as well.Regardless of the type of animal - what part of acting like a fucking adult are people missing?
Roger, innocent until proven guilty - I'm a firm believer in that. But when you screw up, or are perceived as screwing up, as a service member, you bring discredit upon the whole lot of us.
To any ensigns/2nd LTs out there - if it seems like it could possibly come back to haunt you - DON'T FREAKIN' DO IT!

If he was innocent, do you think he would have put in his resignation?
Fixed that for you. :icon_tongDo you think that means he's definitely guilty? Let's just agree that we don't know for sure and he's out now anyway. To all you 2nd Lt's and Ensigns waiting for API, don't be that guy.

Can you do that on your first commission? There's no way that lets him out of UCMJ charges. Otherwise every 2ndLt with a DUI would just leave right then and there.
hes beating his wife.
