Well, it does say 'John'. I'm thinking Web-San is making a little extra dough on the side writing Dear Abby responses...either way, compliments for the very-well-thought-out response to Sheila's letter.

Nah, he's wrong. First thing to check are the battery connctions. One of the most common failures...:)
