I've been running about 2 miles 2-3 times a week, and anywhere from 50-100 push-ups a day...anybody have a more solid workout schedule they'd mind sharing w/ me?
I would recommend running a little more. I try to run 5 days a week at 4-8 miles per run. I try to run a minimum of 30-35 miles a week.
On top of that try to incorporate swimming as much as possible, but if you don't have access to a pool try a bicycle, stairmaster, or some other form of cardio exercise.
Always work on your upper body strenght (ie push-ups, pull-ups, dips, etc...)
