Winging Announcements

Does anyone have any examples of what a Winging Announcement would say? I want to get something to the lady at the print shop today, and I have nothing!

Something about:

DH has been designated as a
NAVAL AVIATOR
Date
Place

Those are the facts, I don't know how to word it nicely!

I did something like that...but it was more in an email format...nothing too fancy like using actual snail mail.

You could also include your next duty station?
Reception to follow at the Dock?
etc...
