When do you take the PRT?

I know at the beginning of API you take a "PRT," but what about after that? When do you take it next? Also, when can you start swimming the PRT? Thanks. I tried to search but nothing came up.

Supposed to be twice a year I think but I only took one during primary and advanced combined because I arrived right after the squadron took one and left just before the next. The rag was the first time I had the option for the swim.

Twice per year. I took one in Primary, and so far one in Advanced. The swim has been offered both times.

Last year in API...we took the unofficial "prt" and then the first monday after check in (you check in on a friday) you run a real PRT
