Every other source I've seen says that comes from Iraq or Kuwait. First I've heard of it coming from 29 Stumps.
 
Having been to both 29 plams and Iraq/Kuwait, Im pretty sure that is not the Stumps. In the Stumps you live in corrugated tin D-huts in Iraq or staging in Kuwait you live in airconditioned (If youa re lucky) Tent cities like the one in the picture. The only thing that is in Tents at the Stumps is big HQ for exercises and I dont think that sign would fly in this day and age.
Could be wrong but Im prett sure Im not.
