Hi there everyone I'm a long time dweller on this awesome website and have just recently begun the process of talking to a recruiter to start this long journey. My OR told me to get some respectable people that know me to and ask them to write LoRs. In short what should the LoRs talk about? Is there a format for someone is who non-prior like me? Also could someone possibly PM an example of a LoRs? This is so I have a better idea of what to expect and how to inform the person who is writing the LoRs on what to write.
Any help would be awesome, I also have used the search function but what turns up is the word LoR in a sentence somebody wrote, or it talk about active duty format, hence my question about if there is a civilian format.
