You never know. We've used "Dilbert" and "Grampaw Pettibone" for several decades to try and reduce aviation mishaps, with some degree of success.

However, your point is well taken that incompetent and nuclear power shouldn't go hand in hand. Otherwise, why not just use Homer Simpson?
