Waiver possibilities for "history of mental health conditions"

This past year I was working to get into OCS. I was hoping to get onto a recruiting board this past spring. I completed my application packet. I scored 7/8/7, 55 on the ASTB-E. However, I was medically disqualified after submitting old therapy records to MEPS from 4 years ago which included notes regarding depression and thoughts of suicide. The records show that I was not diagnosed with depression or any other mental health disorder and was discharged after 10 visits. My recruiter sent me a screenshot of the letter he received regarding my disqualification. The letter says that my physical examination expires in 2020. Will I be able reapply in 2020? Do I have any other options for reapplication or waiver acquisition? Any help is greatly appreciated.
