Are you here yet? If not, it's a paid vacation for 6 months. If you're here now, it's a paid vacation = (~6 months - how long you've been here).
They throw everyone into an API class. Marines, Navy types, flight docs, Italian Carabieneri (6 or so in our class, state police), other internationals both FOs and pilots.
Don't study your ass off hoping to have a leg up, just enjoy your time here while you do d|ck.
