USMC 10 Week PLC Applicant Questions

I already met with my OSO, got a rough packet, currently getting my fitness level up, working on recommendation letters from a Commanding Officer and a pilot on base that I volunteer with, finishing school. 3.5 GPA this semester currently.

If anyone can tell me more about the 10 week PLC program I'd greatly appreciate it. Expectations, realities and OCS experiences are welcomed as well.
