I was just there back in Oct. Current liberty policy has folks restricted to a small triangle within Olongapo outside the front gate and all of the Subic Base Industrrial complex that has hotels and restaraunts. This place will explode with new business and economic activity once Sailors begining coming back with regular port calls. Maybe even Grande Island will open back up
