Vice Chief of Naval Operations Changes Office

Adm. William Lescher became the 41st Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO) when he assumed duties from Adm. Robert Burke on Friday, May 29.

Met him once and he was great. Daughter was a true pro student; everything you could ask for in a flight school student. She even organized a mass wetting down for Whiting/Pensacola JGs and rented out the whole Blue Wahoos' Stadium. Glad to see they are having success in both generations.
