Any NQI folks out there have any insight as to the ACM situation? Lot of guys been sitting around waiting to finish up on it.

What kind of "insight" are you looking for? Only one of the squadrons has a huge clogged bottleneck of SNAs waiting on ACM only.

ACM is a phase of training in the advanced strike syllabus. There are 15 ACM hops. You'll know if you're in ACM because there will be a green or black magnetic dot next to your name under "ACM" in strike ops. Also, the online schedule provides similar information. I hope this helps.
