Transfer from cross town affiliate to Host University while in STA-21

I have been searching everywhere and can't seem to get a definite answer.

If in the STA-21 program, is it allowed to transfer from a host University's cross-town affiliate to the Host university???

for example: I want to attend the University of Texas, I don't have enough transferrable credits to apply; so I apply to to its cross-town affiliate (Huston Tillotson College). Can I transfer to UT once I earn enough credits?

Yes, as long as you graduate on time. Most of us at ODU take classes at other colleges all the time (mainly to save money).

Yes, I know several STA-21 OCs and MECEP Marines who transferred from HTU to UT.
