Thanks for sharing that article. As someone said, years past, "It ain't over until the fat lady sings". However;
Talking to folks in the local area that are a lot smarter than I am, which does not take much, believe that the case must go to the Supreme Court, and if they do decide to hear the case they are most likely to rule on the issue of whether the Government can require gun locks or disassembled guns, leaving moot, the original ruling intact - the law itself is not unconstitutional. Likely finding on the that one issue is that gun locks can be required by local government. The way the wind is blowing, I expect nothing more.
