That site has a BUNCH of great photos! Too bad the Navy is retiring the F-14's. I guess this website will soon become an historical website

The best way to get photos of navy aircraft, ships, etc. is to go straight to www.navy.mil, go to "US Navy Today" tab, then "Current Photos", click "Featured Galleries", there are thousands at crazy high resolutions (Most are around 2100 x 1500 it seems). Some of you guys might already know about these, but hopefully some don't. A lot of the low res pics floating around on the internet are resampled & downsized versions of photos taken from here. I guess the Navy offers them as a P.R. thing. At any rate they make awesome desktop backrounds and are a good reminder to me of where I'm headed.
