Need a cheap place to stay for a month or two while in API?
I'll be finishing flight school by the end of January and need someone to take my room (in a 2BR apt) for a month or two while my roommate finishes. Obviously I have the lower hand here so the monthly rent would be lower than normal. Will flex with demand, or lack thereof.
Ideal would be a student pilot only looking to stay near NAS Sherman for a couple months for API. However, the lease may be extended if you wish to stay in the apartment longer for any FOs out there.
As for the apartment and roommate - both are outstanding. Apartment community is Fairfield Lakes (www.fairfieldlakes.com) Apartment is well furnished and a large screen tv makes its home in the living room. Roommate is a respectable SNFO on his way to finishing the S/F syllabus.
