Was just asking this out of curiosity. I noticed that most of the instructors/professors are O4-O6, though I've also seen several O3's as instructors. Are there any requirements (besides having a postgraduate degree of course) to get one of these billets? Obviously there aren't going to be too many billets, but is there some sort of program one must go through to teach at Annapolis? Or is it just seen as a staff tour? Thanks.
