Will be headed for Montreal in a week for orientation and paperwork, then on to Uganda, Kenya, Ethopia, Tanzania, and Zaire for 2.5 months. Going to do evaluation of civil aviation specifically in Uganda with a team of experts. This is with UN/ICAO
I know several are already aware of the plan. Some are glad to see me go and hope I don't come back!!
Not sure how good my internet connections will be so probably won't visit here very often until I get back in late July.
