I played baseball in college and had both my elbow and shoulder scoped. There was nothing serious, I just had some scar tissue and bone chips removed. They didn't have to do any type of repair. I was wondering if this would medically disqualify me?

nope. just make sure you have all of the necessary medical documentation, and you have full strength and range of motion.
good luck.

I was in the same boat. I played baseball in college and had a thermal capsuloraphy on my throwing shoulder. They also repaired a partially torn rotator cuff and a detatched labrum. MEPS will send you to get X-rays and have a specialist check your shoulder. Basically the same thing your surgeon or therapist did to you a hundred times. Pretty easy. As long as you don't have any ongoing problems, you will be fine. I assume the elbow is the same, but don't quote me.

if the flight surgeon starts ask you about it, quickly turn you back to him, drop your pants and bend over. when he asks what you're doing tell him he forgot to check your prostate.
