I am presently an enlisted Sailor applying to OCS. The package is near completion and It suddenly occured to me that we are at the end of the 2003 FY. Quotas for some communities have been filled by now and I am worried that it will be slim pickins for my desired fields (Crypto/Intel). Should I wait until after October 1 to submit, or will they consider me for the 2004 FY community quotas? Need help here friends. INFO PLEASE. Thanks.
