Studying for the ASTB?

I will be taking the ASTB for my first time in a few weeks and I was wondering whats the best way to study for it? I have the ARCO book 4th edition, is this a good study resource? I have also downloaded the three ASTB gouge files. Are there any other good resources out there to study for the test? Also, if anyone has any good pointers for taking the test they would be greatly appreciated.
