It's only a double-chinned manatee.. I say distant cousin at best.
How does the double-chinned manatee evade the deadly nets of physical fitness regs? 
that looks like more than a few stars in that pick. Any background on it?
I saw a car on base today with Florida "Save the Manatee" license plates. Maybe she's started a support group and gotten government backing.

From the looks of her cover insignia, she appears to be a full colonel. I only hope that I can reach such heights of greatness in my career (you know, aside from being a nasty, fat woman.)
