Hey all,
I've got a 3 bedroom (one's more like an office), 2.5 bathroom condo in the Cambria neighborhood of Del Mar Heights.
It's located near the intersection of Del Mar Heights Road and El Camino Real, less than a mile from the I-5. 2 miles to the beach, 3.5 to the Racetrack, 1/2 mile to the Del Mar Heights shopping center. It's about 1400 square feet, with a large garage and big back porch overlooking the pool and hot tub. Nearly everything has been upgraded in the past three years, including the three bathrooms. Tons of storage (California Closets in both bedrooms, finished cabinets in the garage, and an attic), lots of light, two story ceilings in the living room, washer/ dryer, lots of parking, and a great neighborhood. I'm living in the master bedroom, you'd have exclusive use of the 2nd bedroom, office, and your own full bathroom. I'm furnishing everything but those rooms, but there's lots of room if you have other furniture. It will be available in February.
