I'm sure this has been asked before, and I'm sure people have seen this link even. I was just curious if this BUPERS link:

actually revealed any useful information about when OCS applicants were selected?

No, it doesn't. These program selection boards are for those currently on active duty. It is my understanding that OCS Selection Boards are ongoing, whereas many of the ones listed are done once annually or at some other set period of time.
