Seasonal Allergies DQ?

Does anybody know if seasonal allergies (hayfever) is a disqualifier for high performance aircraft? I was accepted into the BDCP pilot program with the allergies; however, I have heard some conditions DQ people from jets.
 
When I took my flight phys. last month I unfortunatly revealed that I suffer from hayfever. They took an xray of my head and told me I was good to go. I didn't need a waiver.
