I know a lot of people on AW live in the Great Northwest and many of your probably went to SeaFair. I'll post some mediocre shots and a couple of movies of the Blues, but if anyone has any cool shots of them at this year's SeaFair, or shots of the fair in general, post 'em. A couple of buddies and I were on the east end of the I-90 bridge today and caught the last 45 minutes of the show. It was spectacular, especially with Seattle in the background.

They practice... alot. And I hear it... all the time...

The go out west and start by practicing the maneuvers with alot of spacing, and as they get more comfortable with them, bring them closer together until you see what you do at an airshow. Then they come back to P-cola and practice alot more.

There have been performances where one of the pilots will open up the spacing a little b/c something doesn't feel exactly right.
