Hooters' semi-revolutionary idea was to charge the same amount for the flight no matter when you booked it. Beyond that, it was larger-than-average seats throughout the cabin, Hooters' food served airline style, and two Hooters girls for the entire plane in addition to the regular flight attendants. It was aimed at guys who wanted to take an impromptu golf/gambling trip, and had it not been a chartered service, might have been able to turn a profit. Alas...
